Research Design and Methods: Thirty participants aged at 75 or over for this study were introduced by a medical doctor who is familiar with the local culture and lifestyle of the old people in the area. Thirteen were males and seventeen were females, and average age was 87.63 (SD:6.82, Range:75-98) . Fifty to 70 minutes interview for each participant was conducted by two interviewers including a nurse at participants’ house or the medical clinic. Results: The results showed that old people with good health and longer life paid more attention to their daily meals and tend to participate into community and traditional events as well as daily exercises positively. The results supposed that participants also had good relationship with family, friends, and neighbors. Discussion and Implications: People with good health and longer life accept their lives as they were or their fates including hardships when they were young affirmatively.
