We examined a 1-year-11-month-old female infant who was referred to this hospital due to decreased body weight resulting from direct breastfeeding as the sole source of nutrition. She was noted to have extreme hypersensitivity and a lack of interest in social relationships and was, therefore, diagnosed with a feeding disorder associated with autism spectrum disorder．We suggested habilitation focused on mother-child relationship，and started her on tubal feeding to treat the undernutrition. As a result of growth stimulated from the habilitation as well as improvement of nutritional status from the tubal feeding, the infant was able to start putting her hands in her mouth, and language / mental development was noted.
