Chemistry"}]},"item_1617186626617":{"attribute_name":"Description","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"花粉症は多くの日本人を悩ます健康被害であり,花粉飛散の予測や計測は社会的に重要な技術となっている.従来の花粉飛散状況の把握は,多大な労力を費やす顕微鏡観察のほか,レーザー散乱の計数など物理的な手法に基づいていた.これに対し,花粉固有の化学物質が存在すれば,飛散花粉の同定とその定量について化学的なモニタリングが可能ではないかと考え,花粉に含まれる化学物質の調査に着手した.まず,スギ,ヒノキ,アカマツの市販標準花粉に加え雑木林で採取したクリの花粉について,加熱脱着─ガスクロマトグラフィー/質量分析を行った.その結果,すべての花粉に共通の化合物の存在が示されたが,それに加え,個々の花粉に固有の物質が見られることが確認された.針葉樹に共通した化学物質としては,α-pinene,β-pineneなどのモノテルペン類のほか,nonanalやnonanoic acid,ならびにセスキテルペンのβ-eudesmolが観測された.これに加え,特徴的な化合物として,スギではkaur-15-ene,sclareol,4-isopropyl-7,11-dimethyl-3,7,11-cyclotetradecatrienone(IDC),ヒノキではhibaene,アカマツではborneol及び(13R)-8,13-epoxy-labd-14-eneが特異的にみられた.広葉樹のクリの花粉からは,benzyl alcohol,phenylethyl alcohol(PEA),tetracosaneが特徴的な物質として挙げられた.林から採取した各針葉樹花粉の化学物質も市販品と同様であり,これらの物質が花粉マーカーの候補になり得ることが確認された.次に,花粉飛散の季節に,大気に浮遊する花粉をフィルターに採取し,捕集物をフィルターごと加熱脱着に供して分析したところ,スギ花粉由来と思われるIDCやクリ花粉に含まれるPEAが検出された.また,IDCやPEAの大気中における濃度の推移を調べると,それぞれスギやクリの花粉の飛散状況に応じて増減していることが確認された.今後,さらに網羅的かつ詳細なデータの蓄積や花粉の捕集脱着自動分析装置の開発によって,飛散花粉の種類や量について化学的な観測が可能になると期待される.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_1617186643794":{"attribute_name":"Publisher","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_1522300295150":"en","subitem_1522300316516":"(公社)日本分析化学会"},{"subitem_1522300295150":"en","subitem_1522300316516":"The
