rotation","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Hokkaido","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_1617186626617":{"attribute_name":"Description","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年,北海道畑作における輪作の基幹作物であるてん菜の作付が減少している.てん菜は連作障害の回避に向けた輪作を維持するためだけでなく,数少ない国産の甘味資源作物であり,さらにはてん菜糖製糖工場とともに地域経済の維持・発展に寄与していることなどから,その生産を維持する必要がある.そこで,てん菜の主産地における畑作を中心とした農業生産の動向について把握するとともに,その動向からてん菜の作付減少要因およびその生産維持に向けた取組の実態について統計分析とヒアリング調査結果の分析から明らかにした.分析の結果,主産地におけるてん菜の作付減少要因として,既存研究で指摘されたてん菜の価格・収益性の低下,経営規模拡大農家におけるてん菜の相対的な作付減少,飼料価格の高騰による酪農(畑作複合)経営におけるてん菜の作付中止に加え,新たに2つの作付減少要因が確認された.第1に,十勝地方では豆類に,オホーツク地方では玉ねぎに代表されるような高収益作物の作付拡大である.第2に,酪農経営だけでなく、肉用牛経営を含めた畜産の拡大に伴う飼料自給基盤の拡大である.一方で,てん菜の作付面積が維持または拡大している町村はいずれも地域の平均を大きく上回る単収であることから,てん菜の生産を維持するためには「収益性の改善」が必要であることが示唆された.しかし,単収の向上はてん菜の交付金制度に数量制限が設けられているため,産地全体での取組としては限界がある.そのため,今回の調査事例における取組の中では,他の輪作作物と比べて長い作業時間を削減することが収益性の改善に最も効果的であると考えられる.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_1617186643794":{"attribute_name":"Publisher","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"琉球大学農学部","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_1617186702042":{"attribute_name":"Language","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_1617186819068":{"attribute_name":"Identifier
