The share-holding integrated forestry tenure system management of the collective forest in Southern China has contributed a lot to the prosperity of the local forest project and the increase of peasants' incomes. Based on the investigation of the share-holding integrated forest farm in 3rd production team of Fangtuan County, Hunan, which is notable with its sound management results, this paper aims to clarify the practical management state and management system. By wood processing business and diversified management projects, the management structure is strengthened, and peasants' devotion to the farming and forest production is realized, and eventually the income and living standard are raised. The success of the management mainly depends on the talents and the management means of the leaders, and the importance of the talent resource is also pointed out. |
