| 内容記述 | This study examines the actual conditions of forestry utilization of non-national forest in the Kunigami and the Higashi Villages 1) The Kunigami Village is rich in its forest resources. Forest production is properly managed in the community forest. However, the utilization of the private forest is lack behind. Recently, due to the declining in value and the quantity of the woodchip, it has compelled the Kunigami Village Forestry Cooperative to face more tight management situation. The problem for the cooperative from now on is how to secure a stable logs supplies which are very difficult. 2) In the community forest of Higashi Village, there is no timber production. Some forestation has been done in the community forest. However, utilization in the private forest is still insufficient. There are also fresh shiitake mushroom producers. These producers have a shiitake mushroom bed-log supply from the national forest. It is important to promote the private forest utilization to enhance the forest development. By utilizing the national and non-national forest positively, it is hopeful that the sound tourism forestry (eco-tourism, green tourism and forest tourism) including forest recreations which value the eco-system will be stimulated and intensified. | |||||||||
