内容記述 粉砕バガスの酵素分解反応を行ない,酵素分解生成物の紫外部吸収値とフェノール化合物について調べた。酵素分解生成物をNaOH溶液で前処理すると280nm吸収値が著しく増加した。NaOH処理した酵素分解生成物にはフェルラ酸以外のフェノール化合物は認められなかった。酵素分解生成物中のフェルラ酸をペーパークロマトグラフィーにより他成分と分離するには試料をNaOHで前処理する必要があった。バガス中のフェノール化合物量とバガスの酵素分解性との間には相関性が認められた。酵素分解生成物はゲル濾過により高分子及び低分子画分に分画され,両画分にはフェルラ酸と糖が存在した。高分子画分の糖成分はグルコース,キシロース及びアラビノースであった。
