内容記述 黒毛和種産肉能力検定直接法成績の1日平均増体量について種雄牛の遺伝的評価を行う場合に最も適した遺伝的グループを得るため, 分子血縁係数行列を含むモデルと含まないモデルについて種雄牛評価値の精度, 不偏性を検討した。比較したBLUPモデルは, 分子血縁係数行列を含む場合と含まない場合のそれぞれについて種雄牛の産地, 生年次による遺伝的グループを含むモデルおよび遺伝的グループを含まないモデルの6モデルである。種雄牛評価値のPEV平均値について比較すると分子血縁係数行列を含むモデルの方がPEV値が低く, この中で種雄牛の産地による遺伝的グループを含むモデルと遺伝的グループを含まないモデルを用いた場合のPEVが低い値であった。さらにMSEについて遺伝的グループを除いた場合の偏りについて検討すると, 種雄牛の産地による遺伝的グループを含むモデルから遺伝的グループを除いた場合の偏りは大きく, 以上のことから分子血縁係数行列を含み, 種雄牛の産地による遺伝的グループを含むモデルが最適であると思われる。
