内容記述 ソテツ実の一般成分を調べた。その結果水分, 粗脂肪, 粗蛋白質, 還元糖および灰分はそれぞれ9.727,3.75,15.5,2.6および1.96%で, アルカリ度は10.2であった。灰分中のカルシウム, アグネシウムおよびリンを調べたところ, 0.0338,0.0847および0.072%であった。
