Thermodynamic parameters of K = (2.5 \u00b10.7) x 10^3 M^\u003c-1\u003e, \u0394G\u00b0= -4.6\u00b10.4 kcal mol^\u003c-1\u003e, \u0394H\u00b0= -2.1\u00b10.2 kcal mol^\u003c-1\u003e and \u0394S\u00b0= 8.4 \u00b10.7 cal deg^\u003c-1\u003e mol^\u003c-1\u003e were obtained by the spectrophotometric method at 25\u2103. Calorimetric method gave K=(2.0 \u00b1 1.5) x 10^3 M^\u003c-1\u003e, \u0394G\u00b0= -4.5\u00b11.O kcal mol^\u003c-1\u003e, \u0394H\u00b0= -1.40\u00b10.09 kcal mol^\u003c-1\u003e and \u0394S\u00b0= 10\u00b13 kcal mol^\u003c-1\u003e at the same temperature. The results suggest that the spectrophotometric method is recommended for the determination of equilibrium constant and standard free energy change and calorimetric method for the measurement of standard enthalpy change. Entropy change had better be evaluated by the combination of two methods.
