"本研究では、看護師が自身の健康に対してどのような効力感を抱いているのか、一般的に健康であることは何に起因すると考えているかについて明らかにする目的で、健康行動に対する自己効力感尺度を用いた分析を中心に検討を試みた。調査1においては、入院群104名、通院群62名、一般健常群165名、看護師群69名の合計400名のサンプルに対して、40歳を基準に各群を分割した上で、比較検討をおこなった。その結果、看護師は、健康行動に対する自己効力感の評定平均値および、健康を《神仏・先祖》や《医療専門職》に帰属する程度が相対的に低いことが示された。また、40歳以上群の方が40歳未満群に比して、疾患に対する対処行動がより積極的で、健康を《神仏・先祖》に帰属する程度が高く、逆に《家族》に帰属する程度が低かった。調査2では、看護師60名を対象とした調査の分析結果から、看護師として長く勤めること、および看護職に対しての愛着が強まることが、健康行動に対する自己効力感に促進的に影響することが明らかになった。",
