Also, the subjects were asked to answer questionnaire both at the beginning and a week after the integrated study to assess the effect of this attempt, such as stress response, stress coping behavior, and the knowledge of stress theories that were summarized as follows: 1) Reduction of the total stress response was not significant. However, the score of \"depression\" and \"anxiety\" were each significantly decreased. 2) The frequency of suitable stress coping behavior by the subject was not significant. However the frequency of only suitable coping (A cognitive change: I am kept from considering a disagreeable thing.) was significantly increased (t=-3.02, p=0.003) . 3) The frequency of unsuitable stress coping behavior (They took their stresses out on the others. / I ignore to others.) was significantly decreased (t=2.65, p=0.009) . 3) The score on the knowledge of stress theories was significantly increased (t=-10.68, p\u003c.OO1) . In conclusion, the total stress response of the participants did not decrease immediately by this approach. However, the score of \"depression\" and  \"anxiety\" were each significantly decreased, and the desirable change of stress coping behavior and the knowledge of stress theories suggest that this approach was effective even in integrated study. In addition, this approach estimated that a student\u0027s 70 percent was good. However, the subject was reconfirmed that this stress management approach needs to be more time and man\u0027s power from the result of after evaluation with school teachers.
