内容記述 本実験では生態システムの中のリターの分解について亜熱帯野草地での数種イネ科牧草と野草の分解速度の季節的変化を調べるために行った.前年度に採取したセンダングサ,ススキ,パンゴラグラス,バヒアグラスの立ち枯れを地上部リターとし,センダングサ,ススキ,パンゴラグラスの3草種については葉身部と茎部の部位別リターとして分解試験に供試した.これらを4-7gリターバッグに詰めて放牧地に設置した.そして,1ケ月間隔で回収した.地上部リターの分解速度の季節的推移は3草種とも同様な傾向を示したが,それらの全ての草種平均値間には有意差(p<O.Ol)が認められた.部位別リター分解速度の比較で本実験では生態システムの中のリターの分解について亜熱帯野草地での数種イネ科牧草と野草の分解速度の季節的変化を調べるために行った.前年度に採取したセンダングサ,ススキ,パンゴラグラス,バヒアグラスの立ち枯れを地上部リターとし,センダングサ,ススキ,パンゴラグラスの3草種については葉身部と茎部の部位別リターとして分解試験に供試した.これらを4-7gリターバッグに詰めて放牧地に設置した.そして,1ケ月間隔で回収した.地上部リターの分解速度の季節的推移は3草種とも同様な傾向を示したが,それらの全ての草種平均値間には有意差(p<O.Ol)が認められた.部位別リター分解速度の比較では,パンゴラグラスに1つの例外はあるものの他はどの季節,どの草種でも葉身部が茎部を上回った.センダングサ(p<0.01),ススキ(p<0.05)の葉身部は茎部よりも有意に分解速度が大きかった.しかし,パンゴラグラスの場合は有意な差が認められなかった.各草種の地上部および部位別(葉身部,茎部)リター分解速度と草の消化率との相関関係において有意な(p<0.05)正の相関関係(r=0.739)が認められた.リターの分解速度は草種問,季節間でかなり変動することからシステム分析の際にシミュレーションモデルを構築する場合,この点を十分考慮する必要があることがわかった.
