平成22年、子供たちが、「食育」から「海洋」を学ぶことができる食育情報教材Q-食マスターを開発した。その効果を検討するために、平成23年11月～3月、沖縄県那覇市立城東小学校の特別支援教室で授業を行った。児童や教諭のアンケートから、本教材は、児童の海洋に関する理解、興味、関心を高めることが可能であるとわかった。また、本教材は、家庭科、道徳、学級活動、給食指導と幅広い教科等で、「食育」から「海洋」を学習する食育情報教材としての期待ができることもわかった。 |

Food education information materials q-can children learn Ocean nutrition education from 0/2010, food developed by master. To consider the effect the 11/2011～March, went teaching in Okinawa Prefecture, Naha municipal Joto elementary school special needs classroom. Surveys of pupils and teachers from found material is feasible will enhance understanding about children's maritime interests, interest. Found that you can expect as a food information teaching material to learn Ocean nutrition education from the material in home economics, morality, classroom activities, school lunch guidance and a wide range of subjects, etc. |
