内容記述 近年,日本国内の日本語教育機関には卒業・修了した外国人留学生の日本国内での就職を促進させることが求められている。また企業は,優秀な外国人留学生を確保し高度外国人材として活用するために,外国人留学生を対象としたインターンシップの実施を促進する必要がある。インターンシップでの就業の実体験は,参加学生に雇用可能性への自信を与えるという報告もあるが, 本研究では,インターンシップ参加学生のビジネス日本語能力に焦点を当て,琉球大学によって実施された沖縄県内での企業におけるインターンシップでの業務経験が参加学生のビジネス日本語能力に対する自己評価に変化をもたらすかどうかを探った。調査はビジネス日本語Can-do statementsを使用した。その結果,インターンシップ参加学生のビジネス日本語能力に関する自己評価は,参加前と後で変化しており,特にインターンシップ先で経験した内容について自己評価を上げる傾向が見られた。
