内容記述 学習者の自律学習の支援を目的に、eラーニング教材を用いた学習者主導の自律学習型セミナーを実践し、セミナー参加者の評価を質的分析によって理論化することで、学習者の潜在的な評価の観点を探った。その結果、新しい学習スタイルによる協同学習が一体感と学習へのプラスの波及効果を生み、満足感と達成感が得られ、他者観察することで自己省察に繋がると評価していることが分かった。しかし自律学習型セミナーの実践には、事前学習による語彙の理解が必須で、積極的にコミュニケーションできるような進め方や、日本人アシスタントの協力が必要とされていることも分かった。課題としては、日本人アシスタントの役割を検討し、学習者に常に学習の斬新さを提供することである。そして課題遂行能力の向上や、自律学習に結び付くかどうかを検証するため、縦断的に調査を行い、データとして蓄積していくことが、多様化する日本語学習者の支援にも繋がるだろう。
