最も基本的な解析手法となる。近年, このような目的を目指した試料採取法の工夫がさかんに行なわれている。また, 試料採取と分析に頼る従来の研究を打破する手法として, 現場化学分析や化学センサーなどの技術を深海底で実用化して, さらに連続観測を行なうことも試みられている。アーキアン・パーク計画では, 化学環境の時空間変動を明らかにすることを目的として,
