| 内容記述 | 地船は八重山側の公用船舶。上国役人は首里王府に出張する役人のこと。地船の那覇港到着後の諸手続き，出張役人の諸手続きなど業務規程を集めた文書。表紙に光緒7年（1881，明治14）松茂氏の当宗が「調え替え」たこと，また末尾に咸豊9年，松茂氏の宮良筑登之当親が大目差として上国した際に「写し調え」たとある。各所に朱書で訂正が施されており，成立過程に関する検討が必要。離島の公用船舶・役人の出張形態とその業務内容を知るうえで貴重な価値を持つ。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Jibune refers to the public ship of Yaeyama. Joukoku yakunin refers to the officials who visit mainland Okinawa. This document contains the regulations concerning various formal procedures for the public ship as well as the Yaeyama officials after arriving at Naha. Edited by Matsumo, Tousou in 1881 and later by Miyara Chikudoun Toushin.There are various corrections made in red and the editing process of this document needs to be looked into. An important source for understanding the situation of public ships on the islands and officials trips at the time. | |||||||||
