| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，才能教育下のアスリートのこころの発達を支援するために，彼らの日常生活の一つである学校現場での支援のあり方について検討することである。ここでの支援者として，本研究は学校教員とスクールカウンセラーらの立場を想定している。学校現場で身近に接することができる教員やスクールカウンセラーの存在は，才能教育下のアスリートにとってスポーツ界以外の周囲の大人として貴重な存在である。はじめに，才能教育下にあるアスリートのこころの発達および人格的特徴について概観し，「こころの幼さ」，「感受性の乏しさ」，「言語化の困難さ」，「身体化や行動化」，「ネガティブな感情」，「独特な家族・家族的関係を基盤としたキャリアとライフスタイル」を挙げる。これらの特徴は，発達課題（Erikson,1959）について成育歴の中で十分に検討されてこなかったことが背景にある。本研究は，アスリートがこれらの発達課題について向き合うことができるようなカウンセリング的アプローチとして，構成的グループエンカウンター（SGE）の適用について述べる。SGEは，教員やスクールカウンセラーらが体験や研修を通じて実施可能である。また，SGEの機会を通じて，アスリートは自尊感情，自己効力感，対人信頼感の獲得について検討できる。教員やスクールカウンセラーには，アスリートとの接点を意識することを通じて，SGEの普及と実践が期待される。 | |||||||||
