内容記述 Corrected QT(QTc) intervals were examined in 120 diabetic patients (35 IDDM and 85 NIDDM), 28 patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) without diabetes and 58 normal subjects. There was a linear relationship between the extent of diabetic autonomic neuropathy (D-AN) reflected by the autonomic function score and the QTc intervals (r=0.69, p<0.001). Though there was no difference of QTc interval between IDDM and NIDDM, QTc interval was prolonged when D-AN was presented in both types of diabetes. Patients with both diabetic microangiopathy (retinopathy and nephropathy) and D-AN showed significant prolongation comparing to the diabetics without these complications. However, there was no relation between the QTc intervals and diabetic microangiopathy itself.
