| 内容記述 | 本調査では，「外国人児童生徒のための JSL 対話型アセスメント DLA」（文部科学省 2014）で作成された JSL 評価参照枠＜全体＞をもとに，日本語指導が必要な児童生徒の状況を把握するための調査票を作成し，沖縄県内で比較的日本語支援体制が整備されている北谷町のすべての学級担任を対象に，自身の学級内の外国につながる児童生徒ならびに彼らの学級参加と日本語力を調査した。結果として，学級担任は，文部科学省「日本語指導が必要な児童生徒の受入状況等に関する調査（平成 30 年度）」結果の 3 倍以上もの児童生徒に日本語指導等の特別な指導が必要だと認識していること，さらにそのうちの三分の一以上の児童生徒は無支援状態であることが明らかとなった。本調査により, 無支援状態の児童生徒ならびに学級担任の把握と実際の取り出し指導の差に当たる児童生徒については，DLA を実施して支援の要否や支援内容を正確に測る必要性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Based on the JSL assessment reference framework created by the ‘Dialogic Language Assessment of Japanese as a Second Language’, this research was conducted using a survey form created to grasp the status of students in need of Japanese language assistance. The survey was conducted among all class teachers in Chatan-cho, Okinawa Prefecture where the support for the Japanese language was relatively accommodated to research on their students with ties to foreign countries and questioned students’ class participation and Japanese language ability. As a result, class teachers acknowledged that more than three times the total number of students indicated on the ‘Survey on acceptance status of students in need of Japanese language guidance’ (Ministry of Education) were necessary to receive support on their special guidance for the Japanese language, and furthermore more than one-third of the students had not received any support. With this survey result, it is suggested that it is necessary to accurately measure by DLA the necessity of language support and the content of support for unassisted students and students who fall in the gap between the class teacher's understanding of the situation and the actual removal of instruction. |
