内容記述 一次元圧縮下で粒子破砕が生じたさんご砂に対して多くの研究者によって提案された粒子破砕の程度の尺度となる指標を適用し,指標の相対的変化を相互に比較し,またそれらの破砕率と圧縮応力の関係を検討した。結果を要約すると以下のようである。(1) 指標間の相互関係は,指標の相対的変化が指標間で,さんご砂の種類や粒度の違いに関係なく対応する場合,類似した粒度のさんご砂に対して対応する場合,砂ごとに別々に対応する場合の3グループに分けられる。(2) さんご砂に対し,F',ΔS,B_R間で,またB_M,B_C間でそれぞれ砂の種類や粒度に関係しない指標の相対的変化の対応が見られる。(3) しかしながら,F',B_M,B_C,は破砕前後の粒径加積曲線上の移動に基づく同様の尺度の指標にも係わらずF'とB_MあるいはF'とB_Cの関係は砂ごとに別々に対応している。(4) さんご砂では石井の修正破砕率B_MはMarsalの破砕率B_Mとほぼ一致しており,砂の種類や粒度に関わりなくB_Cの相対的変化はB_Mのそれと対応する。(5) 圧縮圧力の増加に伴う個々の砂の粒子破砕の程度の増加傾向はいずれの指標を用いても表示が可能である。(6) このうちB_Cはさんご砂や粒度に係わりなく圧縮圧力をそれぞれの砂の圧縮降伏圧力で正規化した応力比とともに増加するので,圧縮圧力によるそれぞれのさんご砂の粒子破砕の程度は応力比を介して同じ尺度のB_Cを用いて評価が可能である。
