"サトウキビ属内における光合成特性およびその関連形質を詳細に調べ、各品種・系統間における光合成能力に変異が見られるかどうか調べた。さらに、サトウキビ属の光合成能力の支配要因について形態的特性、特に気孔について着目し比較・検討を行った。結果は以下の通りである。1.各品種・系統間のガス交換形質、及びその関連要因において1%水準の有意差が認められた(第1表)。2.サトウキビの気孔特性を各形質との間で比較した結果、1%水準の有意差が認められた。また、気孔密度の裏表比は、S. spontaneumが約3と他と比べても高い値を示した(第2表)。3.気孔密度は光合成速度との間に1%水準で有意な負の相関関係を示し(第1図)、気孔伝導度は0.1%水準で正の有意な相関関係を示した(第2図)。従って、サトウキビの光合成能力を支配しているのは気孔開度であることが明らかとなった。", "subitem_description_type": "Other"},
