内容記述 Plasma, the fourth state of matter after solid, liquid and gas, is generated by the input of a sufficient amount of energy into a gas. This input of energy liberates free electrons from atoms or molecules and the resulting ions and electrons coexist in the plasma. Gas plasma technology takes advantage of these highly reactive species and is particularly well suited to several industrial applications such as surface modification, microfabrication and thin-film nthesis.
