Bias itself is a necessary system innate in human cognition; however, when it comes to bias against a certain group of people, e.g., LGBT, we tend to make mistakes. A list of 18 statements is provided to check the reader’s own bias against LGBT. On basis of their own answer, the readers are recommended to proceed reading the rest or this paper, in which introduces Google’s bias-reducing training program. Moreover, this paper highlights the fact that we educate the undergraduate students who wish to be teachers in middle/high school, but this university (and perhaps other universities, too) does not have any training courses dealing with LGBT and (un) conscious bias.
