| 内容記述 | 乳幼児の哺育障害とは，適切な養育者や十分な食物があるにもかかわらず，十分に食べられない状態が続き，体重が１か月以上増加しないものと定義される。症例は１歳11か月女児。直接授乳しか摂取せず，体重減少を認めたため当院を紹介受診した。対人興味の乏しさや強い感覚の過敏さを認め，自閉スペクトラム症に合併した哺育障害と診断した。母子関係を中心に療育相談を行い，低栄養に対して経管栄養を開始した。療育による育ちの促しと栄養状態の改善により，手を口に入れるようになり，言語・精神の発達を認めた。哺育障害に併存した発達障害の評価を適切に行い，療育面と栄養面の両方からアプローチを行うことが重要であった。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Feeding disorder of infancy or early childhood is defined as a persistent failure to eat adequately, despite the availability of a proper caregiver or sufficient food. We examined a 1-year-11-month-old female infant who was referred to this hospital due to decreased body weight resulting from direct breastfeeding as the sole source of nutrition. She was noted to have extreme hypersensitivity and a lack of interest in social relationships and was, therefore, diagnosed with a feeding disorder associated with autism spectrum disorder．We suggested habilitation focused on mother-child relationship，and started her on tubal feeding to treat the undernutrition. As a result of growth stimulated from the habilitation as well as improvement of nutritional status from the tubal feeding, the infant was able to start putting her hands in her mouth, and language / mental development was noted. It is important to adequately evaluate develop mental disorders associated with feeding disorders, and to include both habilitation and nutrition in the treat ment. | |||||||
