[{"subitem_description": "今回我々は,ウリ科植物がもつADH及びALDH活性に注目し,アルコール対応の肝機能保護を目的とした素材の探索を行い,商品化に向けて検討した。県内にある一般的なウリ科植物果実のADH及びALDH活性のスクリーニングを行った。ADH及びALDH活性がともに高かったヘチマ果実エキスを用いて,in vivoにおけるアルコール及びアルデヒド分解能について検討を行った。その結果,ヘチマエキスにはアルコール投与後の血中アルコール及びアセトアルデヒド濃度を低下させる傾向が見られた。また,ヘチマエキスの抽出工程の確立も行った。このヘチマエキスはアルコール対応の肝機能保護を目的とした新しい素材となると考えられる。", "subitem_description_type": "Other"},
